John Bowen proceedingsdefend This name instance is in set 3575. , was indicted for that he, on the 24th of February , between the hour of twelve and one in the morning, the dwelling house of William Gwinn proceedingsvictim did break and enter, and stealing out thence, twenty yards of linnen cheque, thirty cotton handkerchiefs, seventy nine yards of stripe cotton, six pair of worsted stockings , the goods of the said William Gwinn < no role > .

The Prisoner after his confession, was admitted an evidence against Thomas Mackelly < no role > , No. 517 in the last Mayoralty; and as there was nothing against him but his own confession, he was acquitted . He is the same person who gave evidence against Garret Lawler < no role > This name instance is in set 1435. and James Reynolds < no role > in the last Sessions.
