Peter Hart proceedingsdefend and William Carlisle proceedingsdefend , of St. Giles's Cripplegate , were indicted for burglariously breaking the House of Thomas Simonds proceedingsvictim , and feloniously stealing a Stuff-Gown, value 4 s. and a Cock, value 2 s. the 14th of June last.

The Prosecutor depos'd, That his House was broken, and the Goods stolen.

William Edwards < no role > depos'd, That the Prisoners and himself did the Fact; but there not being sufficient Evidence to fix the Fact upon the Prisoners, the Jury acquitted them.
