Anne Smith proceedingsdefend , of St. Catherine's Creed-Church , was indicted for privately stealing two Yards of Cambrick, and two Yards three Quarters of Lawn, in the Shop of Thomas Harrison proceedingsvictim and Company proceedingsvictim , the 8th of July last.

It appear'd by the Evidence, that the Prisoner in buying a Quarter of a Yard and half of Cambrick, &c. took an opportunity of stealing the Goods mentioned in the Indictment; the Fact being plainly prov'd, the Jury found her Guilty to the Value of 4 s. 10 d.
