The Witness thus depos'd. The Prisoners had Lodged about 3 Quarters of a Year at the Prosecutors House. The Goods were mist at several times. The Prisoners were suspected, and being Examin'd, they Confest that they had carried them out to pawn. The Man was found
Guilty, to the value of 39 s.
but the Woman being under the Power and Direction of her Husband, the Jury
Accquitted
her.
