Elizabeth Ashmore proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Sepulchres , was indicted for feloniously stealing 4 China Bed-Curtains, value 15 s. a Callicoe Quilt, value 14 s. and a Looking-Glass, value 10 s. the Goods of Thomas Lee proceedingsvictim , on the 10th of February last, but no Evidence appearing, the Jury acquitted her, and the Court order'd the Prosecutor's Recognizance to be estreated.
