Ruth Springthorp proceedingsdefend of Bishopsgate , was indicted for stealing a smock, and three Yards of Callico, the Goods of Deborah Waters proceedingsvictim , and a Handkerchief the Goods of Henry Cassel proceedingsvictim , on the 10th of March last. It appeared that the Prisoner was Servant to Henry cassel; and that on the Night in which she was to leave her Service, the Goods were found upon her, just as she was going away. Guilty . ( Transp .)
