Ann Dowler proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Martin's in the Fields , was indicted for feloniously stealing Goods, in the Dwelling-House of Avice Bennet proceedingsvictim , the 18th of this Instant April . It appear'd by the Evidence, that the Prisoner was imploy'd as a Servant , upon Occasion, by the Prosecutor, and while her Mistress was gone Abroad, carried away the Goods, and sold them. The Fact being plainly prov'd, the Jury found her guilty to the Value of 39 s. Transportation .
