It appear'd by the Evidence, that the Prisoner was imploy'd as a Servant , upon Occasion, by the Prosecutor, and while her Mistress was gone Abroad, carried away the Goods, and sold them. The Fact being plainly prov'd, the Jury found her guilty to the Value of 39 s. Transportation .
