Letitia, alias Letice Hopkins proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Buttolph Bishopsgate , was indicted for feloniously stealing a pair of Bodice, Stomacher, and other Things, value 12 s. and 6 d , the Property of Deborah Waters proceedingsvictim , the 16th of November last. It appear'd by the Evidence, That the Prisoner was Servant to the Prosecutor when she stole the Goods, and the Prisoner having nothing to say in her own Defence, the Jury found her guilty to the Value of 10 d.
