That the Goods were in the Lodgings the Night before, and were miss'd immediately upon their going away. The Prisoner own'd his having taken the Lodging, but deny'd the taking the Goods, but the Fast being plainly prov'd, the Jury found him
guilty to the Value of 4 s 10d
