saw Sutton pick his Pocket, and give it Pomroy; in whose Breeches several other Handkerchiefs were found. Pomroy in his Defence said, that he was going to carry the Handkerchiefs to his Cousin on board a Ship, and put them into his Breeches for fear of having his Pocket pickt. Both
guilty to the value of 10 d.
