It appear'd that the Prosecutor (by information from Sir Francis Forbes < no role > Clerk) found his Horse at the Py'd Bull and Gate in West-Smithfield. Richard Scott < no role > depos'd, that he bought the Horse for 3 l. of the prisoner, who afterwards confest he stole it. Guilty .
