last. It appear'd that the Tools were lost out of a Shed in Marybon Fields
and were found upon

, a Broker, and Grey said he bought them of the prisoner. The prisoner own'd he had sold some Tools to Grey, but prov'd 'em to be his own; and that he sold them long before those in the Indictment were lost. Grey then slipt out of the Court, and the prisoner was
acquitted
.
