Hannah Perkins, alias Elizabeth Elliston proceedingsdefend , of St. Andrew Holbourn ; was indicted for feloniously stealing, out of the Dwelling House of Joshua Perry proceedingsvictim , a Camblet Ridinghood, value 15 s. and other Things, and 14 s. in Money , the Goods and Money of Joshua Perry < no role > , on the 9th of December last. It appear'd the prisoner was a Servant , to the Prosecutor, and stole the Goods, which she confest when apprehended, and told them where to find them. At the Bar she said nothing in her Defence, and the Jury found her guilty to the value of 39 s.
