And it appearing that he he had 17 or 18 Wives now living, 5 of which appeared at his Tryal, the Court taking into Considerations the Heinousness of his Crimes, gave leave to all Persons whom he has Cheated in this manner, to Charge him with Actions for all Money and Goods had and received by such fraudulent Practices.
