Elizabeth Woolley proceedingsdefend , of St. Andrews Holbourn , was indicted for feloniously stealing a Cain Chair value 2 s. a Wooden Chair value 1 s. 2 Sign Irons value 10s. and 10 Pound Weight of Iron value 10 d. the Goods of John Burnet proceedingsvictim , on the 29th of April last. She was a Second time indicted for feloniously stealing a pair of Bellows value 10 d. a pair of Tongs value 1 s. a Trivet value 6d. and a Curtain Rod value 6d . But the Evidence not being sufficient the Jury Acquitted her of both Indictments .
