Henry Keith proceedingsdefend , of St. Martins in the Fields , was indicted for breaking the dwelling House of Samuel K proceedingsvictim and stealing 500 Yards of Ribbon value 20 l. the property of Mary Harding proceedingsvictim , the 8th of August last was in a Months. The Prosecutor deposed that about 4 a Clock in the Morning she found her shop broken upon and her Goods gone. John Taylor < no role > deposed that the prisoner and himself did the fact and sold the Goods for 3 l. one Mrs. Holland in Kings street-Holbourn. The prisoner deny'd the fact. However the Jury found him guilty of the Felony, but acquitted him of the Burglary . Transportation .
