Samuel Goff proceedingsdefend , and John Evans proceedingsdefend , of St. Dunstans in the West indicted for felloniously stealing a Bell-mettal Pot value 20 s. the Goods of Thomas Lartham proceedingsvictim , the 1st of November last. The Prosecutor deposed he lost his Pot, and another deposed they brought it to him to sell, and he suspecting, inquired how they came by it, they reply'd, they found it raking into a heap of Cynders. The Fact plainly prov'd, the Jury found them both guilty to the value of 10 d.
