last. The Evidence deposed, that sitting in the Shop he perceived the Still Head, slide off from the Shop Window and immediately pursued the Prisoner, and took it upon him. The Prisoner deny'd the fact and pleaded it was given him to hold by a young man. The fact was plainly proved, and the Jury found him
Guilty to the value of 4 s.10 d.
