George Hall proceedingsdefend and John Norris proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Clement Danes , were indicted for stealing 7 iron-hoop'd Pails val. 10 s. out of the Shop of Thomas Mary proceedingsvictim on the 11th instant. The Evidence swore, That he saw Hall go into the Shop and take out the Goods, and deliver part of 'em to Norris; and then watch'd them to a House where the Prisoners and Goods were both taken; whereupon the Jury found them Guilty of Felony.
