John Coxhead proceedingsdefend of the Parish of Shadwell , was indicted for breaking the House of Walter Berry proceedingsvictim on the 5th of November last in the Night-time, and stealing thence a Canvas Bag and 9 lib. of Hops , but the Proof being insufficient, he was acquitted .
