John Hague proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Mary le Bow , was indicted for breaking the house of Thomas Milton, proceedingsvictim and stealing thence a Silver Watch, a Gold Ring, and 10 s. in Money, the Goods of Randal Page proceedingsvictim , on the 7th of August last. It appear'd that the Prisoner had been a Servant in the House, and being seiz'd upon Suspicion, confess'd he had the Goods, but the Jury not being satisfy'd as to the Burglary, he was found guilty of Felony only .
