It appear'd, that the Prisoner having been a Lodger in the House, went away, and the Goods were miss'd; and she being taken up on Suspicion, own'd where she had dispos'd of the Gown and Pettycoat, and had a Cap and Handkerchief upon her. She said in her Defence, the Prosecutor gave 'em her to pawn; but that not being believ'd, she was found
guilty to the value of 10 d.
