the Goods of a Person unknown, on the 10th Instant. It appear'd that on the Date aforesaid, the Prisoner brought the Candlestick to a Pawn-brokers, who suspecting the Prisoner to have stolen it, was apprehended, and carry'd before a Justice: Upon her Examination, she confess'd she stole it from a House near the 7 Dials; Enquiry being made, it appear'd that the Candlestick was stolen out of the House of Mr. Rushworth, near the Place aforesaid.
