Mary Royly proceedingsdefend , of St. Anns Westminster , was Indicted for privately stealing 3 Shirts, the Goods of Robert Herring proceedingsvictim , on the 26th of November last. It appear'd that the Prisoner, came to the Prosecutor's Shop, and there being only a little Child there, she amus'd it, by asking to hear her Read, and in the mean time took the Goods, which were found upon her as she was going off.
