It appear'd that in the dusk of the Evening, the Prosecutors Porter being at their Warehouse heard a noise over his Head, where were Hogsheads of Sugar, and stepping to the Door, took the Prisoner coming down Stairs with his Apron and Pockets fill'd with the Goods mention'd in the Indictment.
