W - S - proceedingsdefend , was Indicted for feloniously Stealing three Silver Tea Spoons value 7 s. 6 d. the Goods of William Lovelock proceedingsvictim . It appear'd by the Evidence that the Prisoner came to the Prosecutors next Neighbour, and there learn'd his Name, and that he was not at home; That then he came into his House and ask'd the Maid for the Prosecutor, who desir'd him to sit down a little, for her Master would be within presently. In the mean time he took the Goods, and went away, but being pursu'd he drop'd them from him; the Jury found him Guilty of Felony .
