last. The Evidence Deposed, that the Prisoner came to the Prosecutor's House on the 12th of August last, and as the Prosecutor and his Family were at Dinner above Stairs, she made use of that Opportunity to take the Goods from a Shelf in the Kitchin, and put them into her Apron, in order to carry them off, but was discovered with the Goods upon her. The Prisoner in her Defence, said, that she was in Drink, and did not know what she did. But calling none to her Reputation, and the Fact being clearly prov'd upon her, the Jury found her
guilty to the value of 10 d.
