Thomas Barnes proceedingsdefend of the Parish of Enfield , was indicted for feloniously stealing 3 red Heifers and one black , on the 28th of August last, the Goods of John Burgis proceedingsvictim ; to which Indictment he pleaded Guilty .

He was likewise a second time Indicted for stealing a black Heifer , the Goods of Robert Piggot proceedingsvictim , to which he pleaded Guilty .

He was likewise a third time Indicted for stealing a red pied Bullock , the Goods of Nathan Watson proceedingsvictim , to which he pleaded Guilty .

He was a fourth time Indicted for stealing a brown Steer , the Goods of William Barnes proceedingsvictim , to which he pleaded Guilty .

He was a fifth time Indicted for stealing a black Steer , the Goods of William Mansfield proceedingsvictim , to which he pleaded Guilty .

He was a sixth time Indicted for stealing a brown Bull , the Goods of Thomas Gin proceedingsvictim , to which he pleaded Guilty ,

He was a seventh time Indicted for stealing 5 black Heifers and 2 red ones , the Goods of Robert Ricketts proceedingsvictim , to which he pleaded Guilty .

He was an eighth time Indicted for stealing a brindle Steer, and one black one , the Goods of William Metcalfe proceedingsvictim , to which he likewise pleaded Guilty .
