James Nayland, alias Dayllou proceedingsdefend , was Tried for High-Treason, for preaching in the Parish of St. Matthews Friday street several Treasonable Words and Sentences ; who, after a long Debate of the King's Councel, was at last Acquitted , being ordered by the Court to give Sureties for his good Behaviour for a Twelvemonth .
