pleaded Guilty
, but Drouster put himself upon his Tryal; and said that he was in company with Lerow, but nothing was found upon him; but the Witnesses for the King swore that they came to bespeak a Book at Mr. Sympson's Shop, and after they had been there three times, the said Mr. Sympson having lost Money before and suspected them to be the Thieves, markt the Money, which lay in a Till, and hiding himself in a private place in the Shop, saw Larow take the Money out of the Till, and stopping him, found it upon him, and Drouster was seen to aid and assist Larow in the Felony; so he was found
guilty
of Felony.
