stealing a Scarfe, a Hood, one Sheet, 11 s. in Mony, and several small wearing Apparel
, on the 28th of February
last. The Evidence said, That the Prisoner broke a Lock of a Chest of Drawers, and ran away with the Goods and Mony, and two Petticoates and a shift were found upon her. The Prisoner said, That she bought them of the Prosecutor, but could not prove it, and had nothing material to offer, so she was found
Guilty to the value of 9 s.
