Robert Robinson proceedingsdefend was Tryed, for that he together with one Maxfield, not yet taken, stole out of the house of Thomas Sedgley proceedingsvictim , of the parish of St. Allhallows the Great , a Silver Cup, value 4 s. two Spoons, a Salt, a Tankard and a Brandy Taster, on the 12th of July . The Evidence, against him was that he had confessed the taking the plate, and he not being well able to deny the Fact, was found Guilty of the Felony.
