last at Night, and when he arose in the Morning, finding it to be gone, immediately hasted to London, and it being a Market day in Smithfield, found the said Rolph leading his Gelding about the Market; The Prisoner made little defence, but said he took the Gelding to ride to London, with an intent to restore him; he was therefore found
