And the first that appeared on Middlesex side, was Mary Page proceedingsdefend , who was Indicted for stealing 2. s. 6. d. from Francis Bautam proceedingsvictim , and after hearing all the Witnesses on both sides, the Jury brought her in Guilty of Felony.
