The Examination of Elizabeth Preston, widow, next the Grey Hound in Drury Lane in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields taken upon oath this second Day of January 175[1]. This Examinant on her oath says that Mary Anderson, singlewoman, aged about 33 years was a yearly hired servant to this Examinant as aforesaid for the space of eight years at the yearly wages of 3 pounds diet and lodging and still is in her this Examinant's said service.
