Examination TextIsabella Henley aged 55 years passed from the Parish of St Andrew Holborn above the Bars in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she is the widow of Lot Henley (who died 16 years ago), that since his death (having no child living) she was a yearly hired servant to Mr Dresdale a Victualler at the Red Lyon in the Hop Garden in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields aforesaid for the space of two years and an half at the yearly wages of 4 pounds diet and lodging, quitted the same between 13 and 14 years ago, that she never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since. Sworn the 27th Day of December 1764 before Benjamin Cox.
