Examination Text | Ann Girdler aged about 46 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish St Martin in the Fields on her oath saith that she was yearly hired servant to Mr Clark an Ironmonger in that part of Oxford Road which is between Hollis Street and Princes Street which is in the Parish of St. Mary le Bone in the County of Middlesex for the space of 17 months all under one hiring at the yearly wages of 7 pounds diet and lodging, quitted the same about eight months ago, that she hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes since.
