Examination TextElizabeth Donaldson aged 31 years lodging at Mr [Burton's] in Langley Street in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith she is the wife of James Donaldson (gone from her) to whom she was married at the Parish Church aforesaid the 11th of April in the year 1774, that her said husband is a Shoemaker by trade and lived in and rented an house in Hungerford Market in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields for the space of two years at the yearly rent of 11 pounds besides taxes, quitted the same about four months ago, that he her said husband hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes since, that she hath two children by her said husband to wit Margaret aged four years and upwards and Elizabeth aged one year and upwards both now with this Examinant. Sworn the [blank] Day of December 1779 before [blank].
