| Examination Text | Esther Ram aged 59 Years removed from St Andrew Holborn upon Oath saith that she is the Widow of John Ram who died in January last & to whom she was Married at ffelbridge in the County of Norfolk about the Year 1762 , that her said Husband was a Chair Maker by Trade & lived in & rented a House in Turn Stile Allley in the Parish of Saint Martin in the ffields within the Liberty of Westminster from Michaelmas 1774 to Michas 1776 at the Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds beside Taxes and since he quitted , which she never rented Ten Pounds by the Year paid any Parliamentary or Parochial Taxes nor did any Act whereby to acquire a subsequent Settlement , nor hath she this Examinant since the decease of her said late Husband.
