Examination Texthannah Deane aged upwards of 33 years in the Workhouse who was past with her three Children vizt Elizabeth aged 11 years (born in hartshorn Lane) Eleanor aged 7 years (born in Butchers Close near Moorfields in Shoreditch parish) and Ann about 18 months (born agt Adam and Eve Court in Whitechappel) from the parish of St Mary White Chappel in the County of middlesex Saith she is the wido of John Dean who died the 30th of January last aged upwards of 56 years to whom she was married in ffrance several years Since at the House of Sr Robert Sutton in Paris then Ambassador there by the Chaplain of the said Sr Robt Sutton, Saith her husband was bred to no particular trade never kept house of 10£ Pr Ann as she ever heard that he at the time of his Death was a tradesman and kept house of about 5£ Pr Ann in Whitechappel parish but paid no Taxes for the same Saith his sister Eliza Mollineux now wife of Charles Mollineux a pensioner of Chelsea Colledge now Lodging in Morgans Lane in Tullys Street Southwark made oath that the said John Dean was born in Vinegar Yard in the parish of St Martin in the fields where his father who was a Taylor y trade kept a publick house
