| Examination Text | Thomas Billington Aged abt 57 years born at Strutton in Com Chester never was any Trade or Served an Apprent Saith he was Married to his wife Catherine about 15 years Since at edger in the County of Middx and that they together kept house in the parish of Stanmore near Edger in the County aforesd for the space of 15 years paid 3£ Pr Ann Rent but no Taxes nor never Served any Pochial Office Saith further that he was a yearly hired Servt to one Mr John Boucher at the KIngshead in the Haymarket near James Street in the parish of St Martin in the fields abt 15 years Since with whom he lived for the Space of 3 years during all wch time he was a Singleman and unmarried had 3£ Pr Ann Wages Diet & Lodging and at the Expiracon of the sd 3 years married and went and kept house together at Edger aforesd hath 2 Children Vizt Elizabeth aged 14 years and Ann 12 years |
