Examination Text | Joseph ffrogley aged abot 48 years past from St Marys the Virgin in the City of Oxford Saith he was Marrd to Mary his wife at Gt Hazely in Oxfordshire abot 20 years agoe Saith he is by Trade a Joiner & learned that Business of his Far in the parish of St Peters in the East where he was born never was bound an Appr or yearly hired Servt Saith abot 20 years agoe he tooke a house in the parish of St Mary the Virgin in aforesd of 14£ Pr Ann in wiz he continued abot 8 years & Served the Office of Overseer of the poor there left that house abot 12 years agoe & soon after came to London & tooke pt of a house of one Mrs Tyrrell in half Moon Street in this parish Vizt a Cellar & a Room over it & a back parlour for wiz he paid 15£ pr Ann & continued therein above a year left the same about 10 years agoe & never kept house Since NB The back parlour look't into the yard & his Cellar & the Room wiz was over it were at the further \\\end of the yard |
