Examination TextThe Examination of Sarah Tinsley Singewoman taken on Oath this 31st Day of Octobr 1728. Who on her Oath Saith she was lately a Servant to one Mr Porter in Chancery Lane And that she was on Tuesday the 15th Instant last del of a Male Bastard Child since Christened John at the house of one Mr Marshal in Jacksons Court in the parish of St Martin in the ffields And that one John Daniel a hatter and Sword Cutler in St Pauls Church yard had Carnal knowledge of her Body at the house of the said Mr Porter Sometime in the Month of January or ffebruary last in a Bed in the kitchen there and Several times afterwards in the sd Bed And she further on her Oath Saith that he the sd John Daniel is the true and only ffather thereof & no Man else
