Examination TextRichard Wood aged about 72 Years at the Workhouse passed from St: James Westmr:, Saith, he was never Married, That he was bound an Apprentice to one Mr John Wall a Sadler who then lived near the City of Worcester for Seven Years & Served his said Master there the full Term and afterwards workt with him by the Week, Saith he was a yearly hired Servant to one Mary Town who lived in St: Martin's Street three Years altogether, had £8 by the year Wages Diet & Lodging, left the same about Twenty Years agoe and never was a yearly hired Servant since, never kept house, But Rented a Shop of £4 Pr Ann but in what Street or place can't Remember
