Richard Marsh proceedingsdefend was called to the bar, and informed by the Court, that his case was reserved till the opinion of the twelve Judges on the case of Humphry Moore was declared, as it was governed by that, being exactly similar, and there was no ground, either in fact or law, for drawing any distinction between them; and the Judges having declared their opinion, that the case of Moore amounted to a felonious stealing, the sentence of the Court upon him the said Richard Marsh < no role > was, to be transported for seven years .
