when he was further Committed for Examn.
on Monday the Commn. of the Regemt.
in which he supposed he had Enlisted havg.
on the 24th. appointed 6 in the Evening for
his being brod. up & discharged on his (the
Commrs.) promising the Child shod. be taken
abroad with her Fatter Attendg. at that
Hour to consent to his discharge when
after waiting near 3 Hours no one came
on his behalf & Attending on 27th. at
Magistrates when Delaney brought up
for further Examn. & having no Friends on
his behalf the Magistrate discharged him
& Ordered a permissive Pass for himself &
Daughter to Ireland the place of their settlemt}
