to Act in the said office but should be allowed all their
reasonable charges and expences which they had been at &
laid out in the Execucon of their sd. Imployment(the charges
of Law of either side not being to be considered)And in
case the said John Henley< no role > and John Williamson< no role > should differ wth them
therein that the said Doctr Geo: Bramston< no role > should adjust
and Settle the Same

Pursuant to which sd. Award the said John Henley< no role > and
John Williamson< no role > were afterwards to witt the Ninth day of
Octobr last past by the said Doctr George Bramston< no role > Sworne
into the said Office of Church Wardens for this Prsent Yeare
One Thousand Seaven Hundred

And the said Thomas Cullen< no role > and John Bissell< no role > have
brought in their Accounts of their charges & expences
dureing the time the have Acted as Church Wardens

Now upon heareing all the said proceedings and the
Account of the said Thomas Cullen< no role > and John Bissell< no role > read
and upon due and mature consideracon had of the whole
matter It is this prsent Thirtieth day of Decembr 1700

Resolved Agreed Upon and Declared by those
names are hereunto Subscribed being the Principall &
Major part of the Inhabitants of the said pish now
Assembled in the Church House of the said pish that for the
prservacon of the Right of the pishoners in the choice of
Church Wardens for the future the said writt of Mandamus
and the retorne thereon made by the said Doctr George
Bramston and All other the Proceedings thereon
Togeather wth the Rules of Court and the said Award be
fairely entred in the Booke of Orders kept for thatt
Use of the said pish for the Inhabitants to resort too
as Occasion shall require And that a Copy thereof be made
in a Table to be brought for that purpose and hung up in
the Vestry Roome of the said parish
