of St Clement Danes this 21st day of

Ordred

That Mr Francis upper Churchwarden doe receive three hundred pounds
of Mrs. Johanna Grisdell< no role > the Parish being to pay her six and thirty pounds
P ann dureing her naturall life and noe longer wth monye was recd and ye
writeings sealed the Same day

Further Ordred

That the said Churchwarden Mr Francis doe pay one hundred and Fifty
pounds to Andrew Brookes< no role > being mony's due to him from the Parish
on Bond which said Sume was paid out of ye aforesaid three hundred
pounds and the Bond was delivered upp

Further Ordred

That Mr Francis Churchwarden doe pay to himselfe one hundred
which is due to him on ye foote of his Accott as Feoffee Collector
and is in full discharge of an Order of Vestry beareing date
the 3d. day of May last past which was paid out Mrs. Grisdells
monye and by him recd accordingly

Further Ordred

That Mr Churchwarden Francis doe pay Mr John King< no role > Fifty pounds
in part of one hundred pounds which is due from ye Parish to
him on Order of Vestry beareing date ye Fifth day of Aprill last
past which was by him recd out of Mrs Grisdells monye for which
he hath given a receipt on ye back of the said Order of Vestry

Further Ordred

That Tho Barcas< no role > be admitted to be Organist he being to play on ye
Organs on all Sundays & hollydays and all other times as occassion shall
require for wch the upper Churchwarden is to pay him £20. P ann to be
paid quarterly the First payment to be made on Lady day next.
