It is agreed by and betweene all the Pties above named &
Dr Nicholas Barbon< no role > yt the said Pties shall give to the
aforesaid Dr Nicholas Barbon< no role > good security to pay the
Rent Charge of thirty pounds P ann to Mary Pritchard< no role >

And then that the said Dr Nicholas Barbon< no role > is to save ye
parish harmelesse from any trouble or charge whatsoever
