That Mr. Marke have a Lease made him of the house called the
Horne Taverne for one and fourty yeares from Michas next
at £20 per ann and one hundred and fifty pounds fine & to lay
out Sept 6th. 1686

And alsoe Ordred yt Mr [..] Richard Kinch< no role > have a Lease made
of the house late Mr Carters for three [..] and thirty years to
comence at Michas next at £8. P ann and two hundred pounds
fine
